This key indicates the last system time a user-specific .ini file was synchronized to its corresponding system-wide .ini file (discussed later in this chapter). In order to see them, you will need to either directly enter them in Windows Explorer’s address bar, or turn on “Show hidden files, folders, and drives” option in Folder Options.
